Essential Skills on Botanical Printing on Fabric

In this workshop, you will gain a basic but solid understanding of and hands-on experience with Botanical Printing.  Botanical Printing is an eco-friendly and sustainable technique that enables us to capture the beautiful colors and shapes of plants permanently on fabric. 

We will cover in this workshop: 

-The different phases of the Botanical Printing process

-Materials used for Botanical Printing

-Preparing our fabric for Botanical Printing

-Making a bundle

-Examining our results

For whom: This workshop is for everyone who is interested in learning a wonderful technique that carries the beauty of nature onto textiles. Textile artists who would like to enrich their experience in textile design would also enjoy participating in this workshop.

What to bring: Only your enthusiasm because all the materials are included and provided.

Cost: 49 Eur including all the materials and two fabric swatches of wool and linen 30X30 cm which you will take with you by the end of the workshop, coffee tea, and healthy snacks.
